1. Services

NPTC provides psychological and psychiatric assessment, consultation, and counseling services, including but not limited to employment/promotion evaluations, school admission assessments, clinical assessments, psychotherapy, and medico-legal psychological evaluations (e.g. VAWC, annulment, adoption, criminal case, and other court-referred matters).

2. Booking & Approval

A submitted booking request is not a confirmed appointment. Each request is reviewed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist, who may approve, decline, or propose an alternative schedule. You will be notified of the outcome by email and through your booking status page.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake. Inaccurate information may affect the validity of any assessment or report.
• Arrive on time for in-person sessions, or be ready and reachable at the scheduled time for online sessions.
• Bring valid identification and any documents specified in the service requirements shown during booking.
• For court-referred or third-party-requested evaluations, ensure the referring party (court, agency, employer, school) has authorized or requested the assessment as represented at intake.

4. Professional Judgment

All assessments, interpretations, and reports are produced according to the professional and ethical standards of the evaluating psychologist or psychiatrist. NPTC does not guarantee a particular outcome, result, or finding, and results are based solely on the information and performance available at the time of evaluation.

5. Confidentiality

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reports may be released to third parties (courts, employers, schools, government agencies) only as required by the nature of the referral, with proper authorization, or as required by law.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment is required before a session is conducted, except where alternative arrangements have been confirmed directly with clinic staff. See our No Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellation

NPTC may propose an alternative schedule if the original request cannot be accommodated. Clients may accept or decline a proposed reschedule through their booking status page. Repeated no-shows may result in the clinic declining future booking requests.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the city or municipality where NPTC operates.
